Photo 8 Apr 2 notes atsoukalidis: This Gavi DOCG Cor de Chasse Bava 2010 is a bright wine with medium- intensity of lemon-green color with water wide rime and some petillance. Clean on the nose with medium- intensity of developing aromas of citrus fruits like lemon, lime and grapefruit, peach, white stone minerality, chamomile and grass. Dry on the palate with medium+ acidity, medium alcohol, medium body and medium intensity of flavors like grapefruit, lemon, grass, peach and chamomile. The roundness on the palate balances the medium+ acidity with the alcohol, but there is not much complexity in this wine. Medium length. The quality of the wine is good and typical of the region with good balance, medium concentration and low complexity and is suitable to drink now.
